How to create a Google Chat chatbot
Google has rebranded G Suite to Google Workspace for business customers, making Google Chat an integral experience to Workspace, which provides a means of communications with colleagues and clients.
Google Chat makes it easy to collaborate with your team and to communicate with potential clients. You can add Chat to your Gmail inbox and get all the features of Chat directly in Gmail, or you can install it as part of your Business Profile to respond to potential clients that wish to communicate through Google Maps and other Google Apps.
Google Chat Chatbot
You can create a chatbot for Google Chat in case you need to automate some tasks or conversations with your internal users or clients. For example you can create a chatbot for your users to open support requests or for onboarding.
For clients you can create a chatbot to answer frequently asked questions, to capture leads or to provide general information about your company or services.
